• Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next business day.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders over 2000. For orders under 2000, a standard shipping fee of 150 applies. Express and Overnight shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the item.

For international orders :If any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, it must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages

MRJewels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
