Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 70423 06142 with your order number.

Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.

• Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
• Tracking is provided for all international shipments

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp — address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, we're unable to redirect it. Please double-check your address at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging with all tags intact

Once your return is approved, you will receive Store Credit with Lifetime Validity — which can be used anytime on our website. We do not offer cash refunds except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

Yes! We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery for a different product of equal or higher value. If the new piece costs more, you'll pay the difference. Approved returns receive Store Credit with Lifetime Validity — use it immediately for your exchange or save it for a future purchase. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

MRJewels does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Approved returns receive Store Credit with Lifetime Validity — you can use it anytime on any product on our website, with no expiry date.

We sincerely apologise! Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the packaging

We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — within 48 hours of receiving the photos.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only within 2 days of delivery, subject to our standard conditions (unused, unworn, original packaging). Store credit will be issued for approved returns. No cash refunds on sale items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All MRJewels pieces are crafted on a brass or copper base with micron gold plating — the same plating technique used in high-end fashion jewellery globally. The stones used are simulated gemstones, Kundan (glass stones set in gold foil), American diamonds (CZ), Meenakari enamel, or freshwater pearls, depending on the piece.

Our pieces are made on brass base with micron gold plating, which is generally safe for most skin types. However, if you have a known metal allergy (particularly to copper or brass), we recommend:

• Avoiding prolonged wear (more than 6–8 hours continuously)
• Removing jewellery before swimming or exercising
• Applying a thin layer of clear nail polish on the inner surface of bangles/kadas

Follow these simple rules to keep your pieces looking like new:

• Store in the zip-lock pouch provided — airtight storage prevents tarnishing
• Apply perfume and hairspray before wearing jewellery, not after
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use
• Never use harsh chemicals or jewellery cleaning solutions
• Store pieces separately — don't mix metals in the same box

These are three distinct Indian jewellery-making traditions:

• Kundan — Glass stones set into a gold-foil bed. Originated in Rajasthan. Rich, warm look — perfect for weddings and heavy occasions.
• Polki — Uncut diamond simulants without foil backing. Slightly more rustic, earthy look. Popular in bridal jewellery.
• Vilandi — South Indian style where stones are back-set without foil so light passes through, giving a more translucent, gemstone-like effect.

Most of our rings are free-size / adjustable — they fit most finger sizes. For bangles and kadas, the size is mentioned in the product description. If you're unsure about fit, WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll guide you to the right size.

Skin discolouration (the "green ring" effect) is caused by the reaction of copper with sweat and moisture. Since our base is brass/copper, this can happen if:

• You wear the piece for very long periods in hot or humid conditions
• The jewellery comes into contact with water, perfume, or sweat

Following our care instructions significantly reduces this risk. The micron gold plating acts as a barrier — the better you care for the piece, the longer the plating holds.

We photograph every piece in natural light to represent it as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. If you'd like to see the piece in a video before ordering, WhatsApp us — we'll send you a quick clip.

Yes! The pieces worn by celebrities like Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora, and others are the exact same pieces available on our website — no modifications. That's what makes MRJewels special: true luxury accessibility.

We accept all major payment methods:

EMI is available on eligible credit cards at checkout. The option will appear automatically if your card and order value qualify. For orders above ₹10,000, we also offer no-cost EMI on select cards.

Don't worry — this happens occasionally with payment gateway timeouts. In most cases, the amount is auto-reversed to your account within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the reversal after 7 days, WhatsApp us your transaction ID and we'll follow up with the payment gateway immediately.
