Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece that leaves our workshop has already passed through the hands of a karigar, and then through our own quality checks, before it reaches you.

❞ Each MR Jewels creation is handcrafted, not machine-stamped — shaped, set, and finished by expert karigars over hours of close, deliberate work. Because a human hand made it and not a mould, small variations from the product photograph are natural. That is not a flaw to correct; it is the signature of a piece that was actually made, not printed. No two pieces are ever quite the same.

When are returns and exchanges accepted?

Given the craftsmanship and care behind every piece, we accept returns and exchanges only in these two situations:

The order was damaged in transit

The order received was incorrect

To qualify, the product must come back to us exactly as it left our workshop — unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and barcodes still attached.

What happens after approval?

Once your returned piece reaches us, our quality team inspects it closely. If it is approved:

— We will replace it with the same design, remade with the same care by our karigars

— If that design is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for a lifetime

— Cash refunds are not applicable

How the process works

	Within 48 hours Notify us Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to us at info@mrjewels.in, or submit your request directly below. Start a Return or Exchange
	QC review Our quality control team reviews your request and confirms whether it qualifies under this policy.
	Reverse pick-up Once approved, we arrange a reverse pick-up of the piece from your address, at no cost to you.
	7–10 working days Replacement delivered Your replacement, remade with the same care as the original, is delivered to you.
