Return & Exchange Policy

All MR Jewels creations are handcrafted by expert karigars and pass through strict quality checks before dispatch. Since each jewel is handmade, it may vary slightly from product images — this is what makes every piece truly unique.

When are returns & exchanges accepted?

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The order was damaged in transit • The order was incorrect

The product must be returned exactly as received — unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and barcodes intact.

What happens after approval?

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved:

• We will replace it with the same product, OR • If out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for Lifetime • Cash refunds are not applicable

How the process works

Notify us within 48 hours — You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Submit your request at: https://mrjewels.in/apps/quickreturns
QC review — Our Quality Control team will review your request and decide whether it qualifies.
Reverse pick-up — Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up at no cost to you.
Replacement delivered — Your replacement will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
